Step 1

Write one sentence

No camera terms, no prompt engineering. Pick a format, a language and a voice mood, or leave the defaults.

Step 2

We direct it

A creative director writes the character, camera, lighting, dialogue and sound plan, then compiles the exact prompt for your video provider.

Step 3

Get the video, change any part

Regenerate only the voice, the dialogue, the camera or the scene. Only the piece you change costs credits.

Every character gets an ID and a character sheet

TRAVELER_001 is described once: face, hair, body, clothing, prop and voice. That sheet is inserted into every scene they appear in, next to an instruction not to redesign them. Upload a reference image and it is analysed into a sheet and sent to providers that accept reference images.

  • Reuse a character across videos, or duplicate one to change their outfit.
  • Put up to four characters in one scene; their faces, clothes and voices stay separate.
  • Their voice is pinned to the character, so they sound the same next time.

From a simple sentence to a production-grade prompt

The final prompt is assembled in code in a fixed order: subject, character, environment, action, camera, lighting, sound, quality and consistency, plus a negative prompt adapted to the scene. Open Advanced Prompt to read or edit any part.

Before

A traveller reaches a beautiful coastal viewpoint at sunrise.

After

Create a 10-second photorealistic cinematic travel sequence on a cliffside terrace above the coast at sunrise. Preserve the established TRAVELER_001 exactly… Begin with a wide establishing shot as golden light breaks over the sea, then track her walking to the railing… At about 6 seconds, she closes her eyes and smiles as she says "Finally, I made it."… Add a gentle sea breeze, distant gulls and a soft ambient swell…

Dialogue that fits the clip, in the voice you choose

Lines are written in the language's own script and cut to what can be spoken naturally before the video ends, roughly 15 to 25 words. Choose the voice type, mood, pace and intensity; the character keeps that voice from then on.

Questions

Is every video exactly 10 seconds?

Yes. The scene is planned on a 0–10 second timeline. If a video provider only makes shorter clips (Google Veo makes 4–8 seconds), CineForge chains clips frame-to-frame and trims the result to exactly 10.0 seconds.

Does the character really stay the same?

The same character sheet, reference image and voice are inserted into every scene and every regeneration, which greatly improves consistency. Video models can still drift between generations, so you can regenerate a single shot without changing the character.

Which providers does it use?

Google Veo for video, ElevenLabs and OpenAI for voice, and Claude as the creative director. Providers are connected with your own API keys on the server. Only connected providers appear in the app.

Will the dialogue be lip-synced?

Not when a separate voice provider speaks it: that gives the character a consistent voice but no lip-sync. If your video provider can speak the line itself, choose its in-scene voice instead and the mouth will match.

What if the provider blocks my idea?

You'll see a plain explanation and can reword the idea. CineForge never tries to get around a provider's safety systems, and credits for a rejected video are returned.

Who can see my videos and characters?

Only you. Files are stored privately and served through short-lived links, and every record is tied to your account.
